Military life means moving, whether it’s temporary duty, PCS, or ETS move. Moving to a new duty station requires you and your family to work closely with the Transportation Division office and a local moving company.

First Choice is based near Fort Campbell KY, but if you are at any Army base in the 48 continental United States or are relocating (PCS) from Fort Campbell to a new base, First Choice is available to help you move safely and quickly.

PERSONALLY PROCURED MOVE (PPM OR DITY) SUPPORT

The optional PPM program available to U.S. service members is designed to improve the experience when moving your household goods on military orders by allowing you to manage the moving arrangements directly. Military families making a Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Temporary Duty (TDY), or Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) move, or who are separating (ETS), retiring and moving to or from government quarters under orders can take advantage of this option to Do It Yourself (DITY).

PPM movers have the opportunity to retain control of your belongings. This decreases the chance of your household goods becoming damaged or lost.

Worried you will have to wait on your household goods to arrive?
